Location: Meet with a full tank of gas at North County fair parking lot next to Black angus 296 E Via Rancho Parkway.
Time: Arrive approximately at 8:00 am for an 8:30 am departure.
Planned route: I15 north to the 91 west, Hwy 71 north, then I 210 west to La Canada-Flintridge. Exit Rt 2 (Angeles Crest Highway) north to Lynn Parks residence. Distance is 122 miles so we should be there between 10:30 and 11am.
Lunch: Following the tour of Lynn's place, we'll have lunch at the Hill St. Cafe, 1004 Foothill Blvd, La Canada Flintridge; it is nearby.
Note: For those that want to drive the Angeles Crest Highway, be advised that parts of the highway are closed for repairs so you can't go all the way thru to Wrightwood. You'll have to back track to La Canada to get home.

One block west to Rice canyon road Right and follow up to Pechanga pkwy Left to Hwy 76 East. Anza take a left then RIGHT on De Portola rd. up on the left just past Fazeli WInery 37440 De Portola rd for wine tasting and lunch. They do have good burgers and coffee for those who dont drink.

Then we will take a beautiful cruise through Mesa Grande to hwy 76 west and for those of you that want to follow will take a trip up Palomar Mountain E grade then down the mountain via S grade and then home for a nap.

We will leave at 9:30 and head out thru Highland Valley Road thru Ramona - thru Old Julian hwy and stop at Santa Isabel for breakfast at the Farmhouse 78. Then hit the road thru Mesa Grande and up to palomar mtn and down the G grade and home for a nap- and then over to my house for a sanding party on the coupe--so bring all your 80 grit sand paper and a full tube of elbow grease--JK :)
